[RESOLVED] Configure Remote Desktop access in Windows« Back to Questions List

1. Right click on My Computer – Goto Properties
2. Click on Remote Settings – Remote tab
3. Click the check box to Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer under Remote Assistance
4. Click the check box to Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop under Remote Desktop.
5. Click OK
6. Open Windows Firewall Settings – Advanced Settings
7. Click the check box to allow Remote Desktop under Allowed programs and Features.
